Designed to be straightforward. Like the product itself.

This agreement governs your use of puffpal.co and the purchase of products from Pangea Printing LLC ("PuffPal"). By engaging with our site, you accept these terms in full.

1. The 21+ Standard

PuffPal is engineered for adults.

  • Access: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our products.

  • Verification: We use secure, third-party identity services to verify age. Any attempt to provide false information or bypass these protocols is a violation of this agreement and will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.

2. Smell-Resistance & Performance

We engineered the PuffLock core to provide commercial grade scent suppression. However, environmental physics dictate certain limitations.

  • Resistance vs. Proof: While PuffPal is designed to be highly smell-resistant, no portable container is 100% "smell-proof" in every condition.

  • Variables: Factors such as atmospheric pressure, temperature fluctuations, external debris on the seal, and the potency of the contents can influence performance.

  • Liability: Pangea Printing LLC is not liable for any consequences, legal or otherwise, resulting from detectable odors during the use of our products.

3. Manufacturing & Material Integrity

Every PuffPal is a product of additive manufacturing, designed and produced in the USA.

  • The Process: Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations and "layer lines" are present in every unit. These are not defects, but the fingerprints of the manufacturing process.

  • Material Care: Our high-performance polymers are durable but heat-sensitive. Do not leave your PuffPal in environments exceeding 120°F (such as a locked vehicle), as this may compromise the PuffLock seal.

4. Health, Safety, and Responsibility

PuffPal provides the vessel; the user provides the intent.

  • Nature of Use: PuffPal is a storage utility. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any controlled substances.

  • Health Disclaimer: Pangea Printing LLC is not responsible for any health complications, respiratory issues, or medical conditions that may arise from the use of the contents stored within our products.

  • Thermal Notice: While the PuffPal is designed to house a heat source (lighter) and botanicals, users should ensure all contents are fully extinguished before storage. Pangea Printing LLC is not liable for chemical interactions between stored materials and the container, nor for the effects of consuming materials stored in a polymer environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pangea Printing LLC provides its products "as is."

  • No Warranty of Contents: We are not liable for the degradation, loss, or damage of any items stored inside a PuffPal.

  • Assumption of Risk: By using this product, you assume all risks associated with the storage and use of ignition sources and smoking materials. Pangea Printing LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

6. Sales & Logistics

  • Final Sale: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products.

  • Shipping: Title to the product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, theft, or customs seizures in jurisdictions where such accessories are restricted.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PuffPal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
