  • Information You Provide: When you purchase a PuffPal, we collect your name, shipping address, billing details, and email.

  • Age Verification: To comply with federal and state laws (21+), we use secure third-party services to verify your identity. This process is encrypted; Pangea Printing LLC does not store copies of your government-issued identification on our local servers.

  • Technical Data: Like most modern platforms, we collect basic "handshake" information—such as your IP address and browser type—to optimize our site’s performance for your specific device.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to power the essentials:

  • Fulfillment: Moving your order from our workshop to your door.

  • Compliance: Ensuring every customer meets the mandatory 21+ legal requirement.

  • Communication: Sending order updates or, if you’ve opted in, news about new color drops and engineering breakthroughs.

  • The "Eraser Button": If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from an individual under 21, contact us immediately and we will remove it within 30 days.
