Every PuffPal is a product of precision engineering. While we strive for perfection in every "pop," we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our process is designed to be as seamless as our seals.

1. The Condition for Return

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and workshop safety, we only accept returns on units in pristine, unused condition.

  • The Standard: Items must be in the same condition you received them—free of any debris, scent, or residue.

  • The "Ash" Policy: For safety and sanitary reasons, if a unit is returned with any signs of use—including ash, botanical residue, or internal wear—the return will be denied. Ineligible items will be disposed of, and a refund will not be issued.

  • The Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

2. The PuffLock Guarantee

If your PuffPal arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as a failure in the mechanical seal or a structural flaw—we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Notification: Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of delivery of any issues.

  • Proof of Craft: To help our engineers improve the workshop process, please include high-resolution photos of the defect in your email.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To keep our inventory fresh and safe for all customers, the following are final sale:

  • Items that have been used or "tested."

  • Custom or special-edition color drops.

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers.

4. The Return Process

Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Request: Email hello@pangeaprinting.com with your order number and a brief note regarding the return.

  2. Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return address. Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Inspect: Once your unit arrives at our workshop, our team will manually inspect it for "pristine" status.

5. Refunds

Once approved, your refund is processed immediately to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Credits typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A Note on 3D Printing

PuffPal is a product of additive manufacturing. Subtle surface textures and layer lines are not defects; they are the unique characteristics of high-resolution 3D printing. We inspect every unit to ensure these traits never compromise the PuffLock seal.
