Your PuffPal is engineered with precision, and we believe the delivery experience should be no different. From our workshop in the USA to your doorstep, every step of the journey is handled with care.

1. Order Processing

  • Standard Turnaround: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • High Volume: During new color drops or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will always notify you if your order requires extra time in the workshop.

2. Carrier & Methods

We partner with USPS to ensure your package arrives discreetly and safely.

  • Tracking: The moment your PuffPal leaves our hands, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Age-Sensitive Delivery

Because PuffPal is designed for adults 21 and older, we comply with all federal and state shipping regulations.

  • Adult Signature: Depending on your location and carrier regulations, an Adult Signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.

  • Verification: Please have a valid government-issued ID ready if your carrier requires it for the hand-off.

4. Shipping Estimates & Costs

  • Transparency: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination.

  • Timing: While we can control how fast we pack your order, carrier delivery times are estimates. PuffPal is not responsible for external delays caused by weather or carrier service interruptions.

5. Risk & Responsibility

Once your package is scanned into the carrier’s system, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details. We cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched.

  • Claims: If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

6. International Orders

We ship worldwide, but please note:

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Compliance: Ensure that our storage tools comply with your local laws before ordering.

A Note on the "Pop"

Every PuffPal is inspected for that signature PuffLock™ seal before it's boxed. If your product doesn't meet our mechanical standards upon arrival, please reach out to hello@pangeaprinting.com.
